Woodlea Estate

We have supported Mirvac on the development of Woodlea Estate since 2015 when construction began. The project is expected to run until 2035 with proposed construction of 7000 homes of varying type and size, town centre, open spaces, and community and sporting facilities. This substantial project is an EnviroDevelopment with full 6-star leaf rating, offering our team the opportunity to explore some innovative design inputs and technology.

DCVG Surveys, APA Adelaide

Technicians from our Corrosion Protection team spent four weeks conducting DCVG (Direct Current Voltage Gradient) surveys on several pipelines in Adelaide and surrounding areas. DCVG is a method of survey to check the effectiveness of corrosion protection measures on underground steel structures, in this case gas pipelines, which prevent voltage escaping.

Corio Quay Precinct, Geelong

The Spirit of Tasmania terminal’s operations were relocated from Station Pier Port Melbourne to Corio Quay after 37 years. The relocation involved the design, supply and installation of a new High Voltage Distribution Network at the terminal to accommodate current site requirements and allow for future expansion.

Bass Coast EV charging stations

We are currently working with council on delivery of public electric vehicle charging stations across four Bass Coast Shire locations – at the Grantville Transaction Centre, Newhaven Visitor Centre, Wonthaggi Art Space, and Inverloch Community Hub. These will be 60 kW EV charging stations with 3-phase CCS2 and CHAdeMO charge points to enable fast charging.

Barretts Road upgrade, VIC

Our public lighting and PM teams were engaged by the council to support the upgrading of a 1.2km unsealed stretch of Barretts Rd. The project offered significant community benefit to residents and those using the road to access a popular sports field, removing the need for regular grading and repairs and improving safety and nighttime visibility.
