We have supported Mirvac on the development of Woodlea Estate since 2015 when construction began. The project is expected to run until 2035 with proposed construction of 7000 homes of varying type and size, town centre, open spaces, and community and sporting facilities. This substantial project is an Enviro Development with full 6-star leaf rating, offering our team the opportunity to explore some innovative design inputs and technology.
